This includes the ability to cut videos into clips of different length and mint them as NFTs or allow your audience to cut a video you have listed on MintClip into clips of different length and mint them as NFTs. The price per second is derived by the YouTube creator upon listing a video on MintClip.
- Purchase an NFT derived from a YouTube video on our platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer” or “MintClip Buyer”).

Seller:
- Personal Information: We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account and sell your YouTube videos as NFTs on our platform.
- YouTube Information: We may collect information about your YouTube channel and videos, such as video titles and descriptions, video URLs, and view counts, in order to facilitate the sale of your NFTs.
- Usage Information: We may collect information about your use of our website and services, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system, in order to improve our platform and provide a better user experience.
- Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing behavior on our website, such as the pages you visit and the links you click. We use this information to personalize your experience and provide you with targeted advertising.
- Crypto Wallet Information: We may collect information from your Crypto wallet, such as your ENS name, associated avatar, public wallet address and transaction history, in order to facilitate transactions related to buying and selling NFTs on our platform
- Youtube Information: We need you to link your YouTube account in order to authenticate you and your ownership of the YouTube channel, whose videos you will be listing on MintClip.
- YouTube Account Information: We may collect information from your YouTube account, including but not limited to your username, profile picture, video titles and descriptions, video URLs, and view counts, in order to facilitate the sale of your NFTs.
- YouTube Analytics: We may collect analytics data from your YouTube account, such as views and engagement metrics, to help you determine the price per second of your YouTube videos or clips and facilitate their sale as NFTs.
- Video Content: We may collect the YouTube video content that you upload to our platform for processing and sale as an NFT, including any derivative works that we generate when a buyer selects a clip to mint.
Buyer:
- Personal Information: We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and payment information when you purchase NFTs on our platform.
- Transaction Information: We may collect information about your NFT transactions, such as the NFT IDs, transaction amounts, and transaction dates.
- Usage Information: We may collect information about your use of our website and services, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system, in order to improve our platform and provide a better user experience.
- Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing behavior on our website, such as the pages you visit and the links you click. - To provide you with YouTube analytics data to help you determine the price per second of your YouTube videos or clips.
- To facilitate transactions related to buying and selling NFTs on our platform, including the transfer of cryptocurrency between MetaMask or other crypto wallets.
- To authenticate your account and ensure the security of your transactions.

Buyer:
- To provide our services to you, including facilitating the purchase and ownership of NFTs minted using our platform.
- To improve our platform and provide a better user experience.
- To communicate with you about your NFT transactions and our services, including sending you email notifications about your NFT purchases and updates to our platform.
- To personalize your experience and provide you with targeted advertising.
- To calculate the price per second of the YouTube videos or clips and facilitate their sale as NFTs.

- Service Providers: We may share your information including public wallet information and video content with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment and data processing, data analytics, authentication, cloud storage and customer support.
- MetaMask and other Crypto Wallet providers: We may share your wallet information with MetaMask or other Crypto Wallet providers that we support to facilitate transactions related to buying and selling NFTs on our platform and to ensure the security of your transactions.

Massless only sends the media itself to the vision API to be processed for the purpose of providing the Service. No other data is sent to accompany the media. - Google Analytics: We may use third-party Service Providers such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. - MintClip Buyers: We may share the video content you upload with buyers who purchase your NFTs in order to allow us to create derivative works on their behalf by cutting your video into smaller clips and minting them as NFTs.
Your Choices
You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email. You may also disable cookies in your browser settings, although this will affect your ability to use our website and services.
If you link or connect your YouTube account to our platform, you can disconnect it at any time by going to your Google Account settings. However, please note that disconnecting your account may affect your ability to use our platform and sell your YouTube videos as NFTs.
By listing a YouTube video on our platform for sale as an NFT, you consent to the processing and sharing of your video content as described in this privacy policy. If you do not wish to have your video content processed or shared in this way, please do not list your YouTube video on our platform.
If you use MetaMask to sign up, log in, and perform transactions on our platform, you can disconnect your MetaMask wallet at any time by going to your account settings. However, please note that disconnecting your wallet may affect your ability to use our platform and perform transactions.
Data Retention
We will retain your crypto wallet information, as well as your YouTube account information and analytics, for as long as necessary to provide our services to you and as required by law.
